At Vanwalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Vanwalk account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
